Refund Policy

Introduction

At Flare Events Inc. ("Flare"), we provide personalized matchmaking and dating coaching services designed specifically for each client. This policy explains our approach to refunds and service pauses so clients understand what to expect before purchasing. Because of the customized nature of our work, all sales are final, and we maintain a strict no-refund policy except where required by law.

Finality of Purchases

Once payment is processed, purchases for matchmaking or coaching services are considered final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Payment Plans

If you choose to pay for services through a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due in full, even if you pause or discontinue services, unless otherwise required by law. Full details regarding payment schedules, responsibilities, and consequences of late or missed payments are provided in your service agreement.

Service On Hold

We understand that personal circumstances may arise that affect your ability to continue services as planned. If this occurs, you may request to put your service on hold in accordance with the terms of your service agreement:

  • Matchmaking Services may be paused, provided it is resumed within six (6) months of the pause date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Coaching services are generally not eligible for pauses. Any exceptions will be made solely at Flare’s discretion.

If you are on a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due even if your service is paused, unless otherwise required by law.

Results and Satisfaction

While we are committed to providing high-quality services, matchmaking and coaching outcomes depend on many personal factors. We cannot guarantee specific results. However, if you have concerns about your experience, please contact our member services team, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
